Abstract Design

I’ve be pondering for a while on creating something that’s a little abstract, so decided to see what I could come with, this is the design that I came up with. Really wasn’t confident if this would actually work out, but it really does and would to hear what you think.

Created A2 US card blank by cutting down sheet white A4 card, which I cut down guillotine and scored with a score board and score tool to create top folding card blank.

Placed the card blank into my stamping tool, took one of the first layers of the Altenew Vintage Flowers stamp set, stamped using Memento Summer Sky ink pad, repeated this three times.Next stamp layer I used Memento Lilac Posies ink pad, the next layer I used Memento Nautical Blue ink pad.

Stamped onto post it note and cut out with a pair of scissors to created mask, took one of the leave stamp from the same Altenew stamp set, first layer stamp I used Memento New Sprout ink pad, next layer was Memento Pistachio and the final layer Memento Bamboo Leaves, repeated several times to create the look I wanted.

Stamped this sweet sentiment which is from Clearly Besotted Make A Wish clear stamp set, using Versafine Onyx ink pad. Added a few clear sequins which are adhered with glue dots.
